Edit tasks

Tasks are components of digital business processes. Discover how you can work on your tasks.

Based on configured magnets in combination with digital stamps, the app shows the user tasks to be completed with documents.

Administrators prepare the magnets and stamps in a vault. Typically, these are processes customized for a company.

The integrated Solution Store contains prepared standard processes that can be installed directly in the app. More information can be found here.

Workflows that create tasks for users are currently still administered in the client for Windows.

    Edit task

After selecting a document from the tasks of a vault, a stamp and/or a note is typically applied. You must know what the specific task is in organizational terms (job description).

    Apply note

Annotations can be texts, color markings, graphics and also handwriting.

You can read about adding annotations in the chapter Annotating documents.

    Apply stamp

The app typically uses stamps for decisions or confirmation of tasks.

Depending on the configuration, stamps consist of optical stamps and the modification or application of features and their values.

An optical stamp describes a stamp with which a graphic representation of the decision is applied to the document. This is shown by a preview of the stamp graphic in the stamp selection.

With or without the optics of the stamp, tags and their values are typically also applied to the document at the same time or existing values are changed.

If a note or stamp has been applied incorrectly by mistake, this can be achieved by restoring a previous version via the classic client for Windows.

The app does not currently support stamps in which data is entered or edited in the stamp selection. Use the classic client for Windows for this.

The stamps are currently still managed in the classic client for Windows.

    Quick application of a stamp

The quick application of a stamp is very effective for the processing speed of tasks. The following aspects must be observed during use:

    • It is no longer possible to change the size of the stamp graphic of an optical stamp after it has been applied
