If you wish to connect to another server, read the section <strong>Configuring the connection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The app makes it possible to connect to an Amagno server if it is accessible from the Internet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">To connect to another Amagno server, you need the URL that can be reached from the Internet. Please contact your administrator. You can find further <strong>important information<\/strong> on this <a href=\"https:\/\/amagnoapp.help\/en\/help\/connection-to-an-amagno-server\/\">FAQ page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The connections are managed per device. Proceed as follows on the start screen of the app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-e12c430a-d941-45b6-8fc5-df24c006c691\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>Enter the e-mail address as the user account in the <strong>E-mail address<\/strong> input field.<\/li><li>Enter the <strong>password <\/strong>in the input field. You can use the symbol on the right-hand side of the input field to display the password clearly when entering it.<\/li><li>Click on the <strong>Register<\/strong> button<\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-e12c430a-d941-45b6-8fc5-df24c006c691 li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#000000;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Log out<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are logged in, you work in a so-called session in the app. If you are not active for a certain period of time, you will be automatically logged out and you will receive the login dialog again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you no longer work with the app, you reduce security risks when you log out. If you use a concurrent license for your user account (concurrent user), you release the license for another colleague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-72bd1b63-15c2-4aef-a6d9-129974b56af7\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>Select <strong>Me<\/strong> in the theme menu<\/li><li>Select the <strong>red action button<\/strong> (the left-hand button for multi-column display)<\/li><li>Click on the symbol for <strong>logging out<\/strong> in the <strong>quick actions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-72bd1b63-15c2-4aef-a6d9-129974b56af7 li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#000000;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forgotten password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a user account but have forgotten your password? You can then have a new start password sent to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">If you use a login via Azure AD \/ Entra ID, please contact your administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-7b177af5-8e63-415d-95ed-221c0c5be0e3\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>Start Amagno in the <strong>login screen<\/strong><\/li><li>Enter <strong>the e-mail<\/strong> address you usually use to register in the e-mail address field<\/li><li>Select the entry <strong>Forgot password<\/strong> and follow the dialogs<\/li><li>After a short time, a new <strong>start password <\/strong>will be sent to you by e-mail<\/li><li>Check your SPAM folder in your mail application if the e-mail does not arrive<\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-7b177af5-8e63-415d-95ed-221c0c5be0e3 li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#000000;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">To set an individual password, this is possible via the Amagno Client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Disconnection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the app detects that a connection to a server has been interrupted, a corresponding message appears.
