Here, users can decide to restore the document or delete it permanently.<\/p>\n\n<p>For increased security in the company, separate responsibilities for deletion and destruction can be created via rights and user groups.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">Currently, documents can only be deleted individually in the app<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">Documents that are in a <strong>retention period <\/strong>cannot be deleted or destroyed, regardless of any rights.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete document<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">For this function you need the rights <strong>Documents &#8211; Read<\/strong> and <strong>Documents &#8211; Delete<\/strong>. You currently configure this in the Amagno Client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-55d41254-702d-4035-9bfc-53c9fa79b07e\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>W\u00e4hle in einer <strong>Dateiauflistung<\/strong>, z.B. im Bereich Dokumente einer Ablage oder einem Suchergebnis, ein <strong>Dokument <\/strong>durch ein <strong>einfaches Anklicken oder Ber\u00fchren<\/strong> aus<\/li><li>W\u00e4hle durch <strong>l\u00e4ngeres Dr\u00fccken oder Ber\u00fchren<\/strong> den <strong>Aktionsknopf <\/strong>aus<\/li><li>W\u00e4hle im erscheinenden Men\u00fc den Eintrag <strong>L\u00f6schen <\/strong>aus<\/li><li>Best\u00e4tige die <strong>Sicherheitsabfrage<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Aktualisiere die Dateiauflistung<\/strong>. You currently configure this in the Amagno Client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">For <strong>legal reasons, the document to be destroyed will be irrevocably deleted<\/strong>. This decision cannot be reversed after execution. The manufacturer of the app offers authorized persons the option of providing information about the date, time and author of the destruction.
