You currently configure these rights via the Amagno Client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-1741c19d-6a58-4fa4-91c3-3a283e170f6a\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li><strong>Select a file<\/strong> by <strong>clicking <\/strong>or <strong>touching <\/strong>it, e.g. in the documents of a file cabinet or from a search<\/li><li>The full-page preview appears<\/li><li>Select the <strong>quick actions <\/strong>at the bottom right or start the whole menu<\/li><li>Select the <strong>Share <\/strong>action<\/li><li>Select one of the <strong>formats <\/strong>in which you would like to share the document<\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-1741c19d-6a58-4fa4-91c3-3a283e170f6a li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#000000;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n<p>Depending on the device and operating system, a selection of options for sharing the document will then appear, e.g. the share dialog on iOS or Android, downloading the file itself when using the browser or copying a link to the clipboard.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">If there are several versions of this file, the latest version is always offered. If a newer version is on a user&#8217;s desktop, it is not taken into account as it has not yet been published.<\/p>\n\n<p>The selectable formats also result from the necessary rights, among other things.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Basically, you need the <strong>Documents &#8211; Read &#8211; General<\/strong> right.<br>For the <strong>original format <\/strong>, you also need the <strong>Documents &#8211; Read &#8211; Original<\/strong> right <strong>.<\/strong> For the <strong>PDF Preview<\/strong> format, you need the<strong> Documents &#8211; Read &#8211; PDF<\/strong> right. To view the <strong>PDF preview with annotations<\/strong>, you also need the <strong>Documents &#8211; Read &#8211; Annotations<\/strong> right.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share original file<\/h2>\n\n<p>The file is offered in its original format. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share PDF preview<\/h2>\n\n<p>If the file format is not a PDF, the app attempts to create and offer a PDF. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">An attempt is made to generate the look as a PDF for many file formats. This may differ from viewing the document in its original format. <br>The PDF preview is not a vector format, as PDF often is. The file size can therefore differ significantly from a standard PDF.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share PDF preview + annotations<\/h2>\n\n<p>If annotations have been added to the document via the app, the app can merge the annotations and the preview pages into a PDF. <\/p>\n\n<p>The creation of annotations on a full-page preview is explained <a href=\"https:\/\/amagnoapp.help\/en\/help\/annotate-documents\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"608\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">The app combines the preview and annotations into one image and not, as is usual with other solutions, via layers. This means that <strong>redacted annotations<\/strong> actually hide the text behind them and prevent the text behind them from being read.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">The PDF preview with annotations combines the preview graphics and the annotations as images per page in one PDF. As these are not vector formats, as PDF often is, the file size can differ significantly from a standard PDF.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share authenticated link<\/h2>\n\n<p>An authenticated link is a special URL to the document in the app. It requires you to log in as a user who requires read rights for the document. This link is used to share a kind of bookmark to the document between users of the app.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share weblink<\/h2>\n\n<p>The weblink is a URL that can be shared with people and generates a download of the document.
