A vault is only accessible to persons who are assigned to the filing system by name as users. This is also known as multi-client capability <\/strong>. It even protects sensitive vaults, e.g. financial documents, personnel documents, works councils and much more.<\/p>\n\n

The rights of users result from their license (editor or reader) as well as from personal rights or rights of the user groups in which a user is a member.<\/p>\n\n

Rights and user groups are currently still managed via the Amagno Client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n

Add users to the vault<\/h2>\n\n

This function requires the right Vaults – Set files – Invite or add user to vault<\/strong>. To assign the user directly to a user group, this requires the User groups – Add user<\/strong> right. <\/p>\n\n

Additional users who are not yet in a vault can be added. <\/p>\n\n

The prerequisite is that the relevant users are in the list of contacts for the person managing them. <\/p>\n\n

The users to be added must be added to at least one user group as a vault , as otherwise they will be considered unassigned <\/strong>in the vault and therefore have no rights and therefore no benefit.<\/p>\n\n

Users can be assigned to many user groups.<\/p>\n\n

    1. Select a vault<\/strong> from the vaults<\/strong>tab via the Me <\/strong>theme menu<\/li>
    2. Select the Administration tab via the Home <\/strong>theme menu<\/li>
    3. Select the entry User groups and users<\/strong> in the selection<\/li>
    4. In the User groups <\/strong>tab, select a user group <\/strong>in which a contact is to be added to this folder<\/li>
    5. Select the action button <\/strong>and confirm the symbol for Add member<\/strong>. Alternatively, you can select the action button for longer and then select Add member in the subsequent menu.<\/li>
    6. In the subsequent Add <\/strong>dialog, select the filter icon <\/strong>at the bottom left of the dialog. This will display all users from your contacts who are not yet in this vault<\/li>
    7. You can limit<\/strong> the display of users<\/strong> with a large number of entries in the list by dragging the list down using the mouse or touch<\/strong>. This should create another filter for the listing to find suitable names more quickly. Then enter a name and start filtering with the Enter key<\/strong><\/li>
    8. Select the users<\/strong> who are to be added to this filing system in this user group by marking them with a check<\/strong> on the right.<\/li>
    9. Confirm <\/strong>the process below with the green check symbol<\/strong>.<\/li>
    10. Update the list of users<\/li>
    11. Add the user to other necessary user groups as a member<\/li><\/ol>
