Discover how you can work on your tasks.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Based on configured magnets in combination with digital stamps, the app shows the user tasks to be completed with documents.<\/p>\n\n<p>Administrators prepare the magnets and stamps in a vault. You must know what the specific task is in organizational terms (job description).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply note<\/h3>\n\n<p>Annotations can be texts, color markings, graphics and also handwriting.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can read about adding annotations in the chapter <a href=\"https:\/\/amagnoapp.help\/en\/help\/annotate-documents\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"608\">Annotating documents<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apply stamp<\/h3>\n\n<p>The app typically uses stamps for decisions or confirmation of tasks. <\/p>\n\n<p>Depending on the configuration, stamps consist of optical stamps and the modification or application of features and their values.<\/p>\n\n<p>An <strong>optical stamp<\/strong> describes a stamp with which <strong>a graphic representation<\/strong> of the decision is applied to the document. This is shown by a preview of the stamp graphic in the <strong>stamp selection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>With or without the optics of the stamp, <strong>tags and their values <\/strong>are typically also applied to the document at the same time or existing values are changed. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">If a note or <strong>stamp has been applied incorrectly by mistake<\/strong>, this can be achieved by restoring a previous version via the classic client for Windows.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">The app does not currently support stamps in which data is entered or edited in the stamp selection. Use the classic client for Windows for this. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">The stamps are currently still managed in the classic client for Windows. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-list heroic-styled-list\" id=\"heroic-styled-list-28e9b711-ed24-4238-a051-63b0367dcfd8\"><ol class=\"fa-ul\"><li>After <strong>selecting <\/strong>a <strong>document <\/strong>from the <strong>tasks <\/strong>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/amagnoapp.help\/en\/help\/view-documents\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"278\">full-page preview<\/a> appears<\/li><li>A <strong>dialog <\/strong>with the <strong>stamp selection<\/strong> appears at the <strong>position of the action button<\/strong> at the bottom right<\/li><li>If necessary, <strong>select <\/strong>the <strong>preview page <\/strong>(see chapter <a href=\"https:\/\/amagnoapp.help\/en\/help\/view-documents\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"278\">Full page preview<\/a>) where the desired stamp is to be placed<\/li><li>The <strong>stamp selection <\/strong>shows a visual <strong>preview <\/strong>of <strong>digital stamps<\/strong> that can be applied, possibly with placeholders for information that is automatically replaced when the stamp is applied.<\/li><li><strong>Select <\/strong>the <strong>list icon<\/strong> at the bottom left of the dialog to view a <strong>simple list of stamps<\/strong>. Selecting the <strong>preview icon<\/strong> that then appears switches back to the preview.<\/li><li>To <strong>skip<\/strong> the current <strong>document<\/strong> and go to the next document, <strong>select <\/strong>the <strong>symbol of the page with the integrated X<\/strong> at the bottom right.  <\/li><li>To <strong>cancel<\/strong> the process, select the <strong>red X symbol<\/strong><\/li><li>The application of a stamp is described below<\/li><\/ol><style>#heroic-styled-list-28e9b711-ed24-4238-a051-63b0367dcfd8 li:before{\n\t\t                   background:#000000;\n\t\t                   border-radius: 0;\n\t\t                   }<\/style><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quick application of a stamp<\/h4>\n\n<p>The quick application of a stamp is very effective for the processing speed of tasks. The following aspects must be observed during use:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The placement of the stamp graphic of an optical stamp is ignored. The marking frame must not exceed the preview side on any side. Then release the mouse button and finger.<\/li><li><strong>Hold<\/strong> down the <strong>mouse pointer<\/strong> or your <strong>finger<\/strong> on the <strong>blue circle<\/strong> of the <strong>marking frame<\/strong> to change the size of the stamp preview. The marking frame must not exceed the preview side on any side. Then release the mouse button and finger.<\/li><li>Select the <strong>red garbage can<\/strong> to <strong>remove<\/strong> the <strong>stamp <\/strong>.
